"Katie has been calling on our store for a while now, helping out where necessary when we have issues with our system, or just offering advice on how to make our lives a little easier.

I had an issue where I needed to more accurately track the time it takes to complete an express oil change. I asked Katie to help and she sat down and went right to work. She created a very easy to use report that I now use every day. Since our manufacturer frequently asks for reports on promise times as a requirement to become certified, this was very helpful. Our Honda representative has been very happy with our time results and we should now be certified in no time.

In this day and age where it seems more people are only taking the time to complain, I find it very beneficial to let people know when an employee is going above and beyond in their business. Katie is an asset to your company and we’ve been very happy with all her efforts."
