"I am starting N.A.D.A.'s Dealer Academy in mid-September. Before class starts, they request
you bring in lots of reports and schedules. Our controller ran the reports for me but put them
in a text file but I needed them in Excel. I didn't want to ask her to run them again so I
called Reynolds' tech support.
I already knew how to export into Excel, but I didnít know how to run the reports themselves.
Rebecca walked me through the process of running every one of the reports on my list. She was
patient and explained it all in a way that I quickly understood and that I could remember. She
also gave me helpful hints for running future reports.
